Florida Bar Exam Format
The Florida Bar Exam is a two-day exam. Day 1 consists of three essay questions and 100 multiple-choice questions. Day 2 is the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE), a 200-question, multiple-choice exam.

Florida Bar Exam Subjects: Florida Subjects (MBE Subjects are in bold)
Corporations, Family Law, FL Constitutional Law, FL Rules of Civil and Criminal Procedure, FL Rules of Professional Conduct & Rules Regulating Trust Accounts, Partnerships, Trusts, Wills & Administration of Estates (all topics, including equitable aspects), Contracts, Criminal Law and Procedure, Constitutional Law, Evidence, Real Property, and Torts
MPRE
A scaled score of 80 on the MPRE taken within 25 months of the bar exam is required for admission.
Florida Bar Exam Scoring and Results
MBE and Florida essay/multiple-choice scores are scaled, with each weighted 50%, to determine if an average minimum passing score of 136 was achieved. Results are released in mid-April for the February exam and in mid-September for the July exam.

Florida does not accept MBE scores from other jurisdictions.
