Oklahoma Bar Exam Format
The Oklahoma Bar Exam is a two-day exam. Day 1 consists of sixteen Oklahoma essay questions. Day 2 is the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE), a 200-question, multiple-choice exam.

Administrative Law, Agency, Commercial Paper, Conflict of Laws, Consumer Law, Corporations, Creditors’ Rights (including Bankruptcy), Family Law, Federal Estate & Gift Taxation, Partnerships, Pleading & Practice (Federal & Oklahoma), Professional Responsibility, Remedies, Secured Transactions, Trusts, U.C.C., Wills & Estates, Contracts, Criminal Law and Procedure, Constitutional Law, Evidence, Real Property, and Torts
MPRE
A scaled score of 75 on the MPRE is required for admission.
Oklahoma Bar Exam Scoring and Results
The MBE and essay scores are averaged to determine if a passing score was achieved. An MBE score of 135 is equivalent to passing half of the exam. Results are released in mid-April for the February exam and in mid-September for the July exam.

Oklahoma Bar Exam MBE Reciprocity
Oklahoma accepts scaled MBE scores from other jurisdictions, if from a concurrent bar exam.
Oklahoma Bar Exam Reciprocity
In order to be eligible for admission without taking the Oklahoma Bar Exam, an applicant must be a member of a reciprocating state bar, have engaged in the active practice of law for five of the seven years immediately preceding the application, and have graduated from an ABA-accredited law school.
